By accessing and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Yongzhou Yukun Trading Co., Ltd provides comprehensive trading services including:

• Import and export services
• E-commerce and internet sales
• Domestic trade agency
• Product sales across multiple categories
• Business consulting services
• Technology consulting and services

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use services in good faith and for legitimate business purposes

Payment terms are established on a per-service basis and will be communicated at the time of service agreement.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yongzhou Yukun Trading Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our services remain the property of Yongzhou Yukun Trading Co., Ltd or our licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual service agreements.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms or illegal activities.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Yongzhou, Hunan Province.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
